The Lighthouse, Pall Mall, Manchester
The lighthouse is a 20 storey sleek glass and steel structured apartment block in the heart of the northern quarter of Manchester. The building took advantage of our cylinder pods in order to improve efficiency and quality on site.

Arundal Street, Sheffield
Arundel Street is a new build apartment block which consists of 68 luxury apartments in Sheffield City Centre. We carried out design and build of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing installations as well as manufacturing and installing our cylinder pods in the building.

Wards Brewery, Sheffield
Wards Brewery is a redevelopment of the existing brewery into luxury apartments. The building consists of 139 luxury apartments in total. Hemway carried the design and build of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing installations, we also supplied the building with 57 uniquely designed pods.
